When matching a host with a guest, our focus is on meeting the needs of all involved. It can take time to find the right guest for you.

When we find a guest for you
A member of our Placement Team will contact you to ask if you might be available to host a guest, and they will be able to answer any questions you may have. We will share the guest’s details with you in the Portal.
It is completely up to you if you agree to host the guest or not. If you say ‘yes’, we will guide you through the next steps to confirm the placement and prepare for the guest’s arrival at your home.
