Getting to gatwick

Can you host a refugee so he can start his dream job at an airspace company?

M is a 39 y/o male refugee originally from Ethiopia with over 10 yrs experience in the airspace industry and he now has a job with Boeing at Gatwick Airport. M will be working 12 hrs shifts at the airport as a Production Planner for Boeing Maintenance.
He doesn’t smoke, nor has any allergies.

We have a very positive reference from him from his asylum hotel manager who described him as a ‘very reliable, hardworking and helpful gent’ who was a ‘pleasure to have around and was determined to help staff and other hotel stayers’.

When asked to describe his personality for this appeal, M wrote: ‘I am personable, trustworthy, bubbly, kind and an understanding chap who likes to watch soccer matches and read classic novels. Generative AI is also something I am interested in’.

We are looking for a host for him for 1-3 months near Gatwick airport, ideally Crawley or other towns with direct links to the airport. Hosting would help him to get on his feet and save money to secure his own housing. Hosting is needed from 4th November

Please get in contact if you can help!
